POWDERFUL ROOTS SHAMPOO is a non foaming shampoo that is made up of a mixture of root powders.
ORRIS ROOT - this rhizome of the iris has been used for many years as a fixative for fragrances. it is soothing and cleansing, leaves the hair lovely and shiny and has a wonderful smell.
ARROW ROOT - the rhizome of the marantacae family has many uses in food preparations and cosmetics but we have used it in this product to absorb excess oil and for its demulcent properties - relieving inflammation and irritation of the scalp. Leaves the hair softer and smoother.
LIQUORICE ROOT - good for hair loss - the pores of the scalp open up due to its mollifying properties and reduce irritation and redness resulting in hair growth.
MARSHMALLOW ROOT - detangles and softens, gives a great shine and soothes a dry scalp and skin inflammation.
Do not wet your hair. First massage the powder into your scalp with your fingertips and leave for at least five minutes. Then shower or add water and wash out using the same scrubbing motion you would use with normal shampoo. Leaves hair lovely and clean with lots of body.
Can also be used as a dry shampoo between washes. Massage in with your fingertips and gently brush out. This works better on lighter hair.
